Dunlop Living Limited is
Dunlop Living was originally founded in 1976 by Skellerup, Feltex and Vita Pacific under the Vitafoam name which was later changed to Vita NZ. Following the acquisition in 2008 of Dunlop Foams & Flooring, and Dunlop Bedding the Vita name was changed to Dunlop Living in 2009.
Dunlop Living today is owned 70% by Rangatira Limited, a NZ company established in 1937 which specialises in investing in NZ owned and operated companies. Directors Richard Adams and Michael Sexton own the remaining 30%.

Dunlop Living is a highly vertically integrated business which enables optimum control of all the products we manufacture. Our Dunlop Foam & Fibre division manufactures and converts the foam that is made on our 2 state of the art maxfoam plants and modern fibre processing plants.
