Dunlop Living Furniture is manufactured in New Zealand by Dunlop Living Ltd.

We source the finest quality materials from around the globe, including our Centex Webbing system, Sedac SofaBed mechanisms, Wynpro recliner mechanisms and C-Tech and Atlas foams. All Mobilier Furniture is built in accordance with the provisions of this guarantee.
Any claim under this guarantee should be made through the retailer where the purchase was made.
Please ensure you complete the guarantee registration on this web site as close as possible to the date of purchase as this will assist in making a future claim.

5 year Frame guarantee
The frame guarantee applies to all frame components for a period of five years.

5 year mechanism guarantee
Where fitted any mechanism used is guaranteed for a period of five years.

5 year webbing guarantee
We directly import an exclusive Italian webbing system. The webbing used has a high rubber percentage, is 80mm wide and is machine applied, this system ensures consistent tension to all seats and is guaranteed for a period of 5 years.

5 year filling guarantee
The polyurethane foam and polyester fibre used is either the Atlas or C-Tech brand from Comfort Technologies, New Zealand’s leading supplier of these products. Subject only to proper use and care, any filling will be guaranteed for five years if found to be defective in manufacture.

5 year workmanship guarantee
Any defect due to faulty workmanship but excluding misuse, accidents or alterations, will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no charge. This guarantee is for five years.

1 year Fabric guarantee
The guarantee on the upholstery fabric applies for 1 year. This guarantee does not cover fading caused by the high ultra violet light content of New Zealand and Australian sunlight.

Furniture Care

Prolonging the wear life of your furniture is simple.

• Remember that the long term ‘dust' is settling daily on your furniture pieces. Accumulated dust and grit work their way into the fibres and act as miniature ‘grinders' which lead to the breakdown of even the strongest fabrics. So please take care to vacuum regularly (weekly) using low suction to significantly extend the life of your furniture.
• Protect from direct sunlight. It is important to note that no fabric is 100% colourfast and that it is impossible to prevent colours fading if adequate precautions are not taken in the home.
• Rotate reversible cushions regularly to significantly extend the life of your seating.
• Pilling: There are many variables, which can trigger pilling such as some clothing types (fleecy tracksuits etc) that can transfer pills from the cloth to the furniture fabric. Pilling can be successfully removed with a battery operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.
• The professional cleaning for your furniture should be determined by the nature of use in the home, your own maintenance and environmental conditions. Overall cleaning is recommended every 12 months for most family room lounges.
